Dane Alexander Carten
Dane holds two Summa Cum Laude degrees in music - the Associate of Music Theory and Composition from Oakland Community College in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and the Bachelor of Music Education with a focus in Voice from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He was also awarded high honors for his work in the Communications Department during his time at Oakland Community College, where he worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Interpersonal Communications course. He also has served as a TA for several other courses including: Popular Entertainment, Sinatra-Era Music, Rock and American Popular Music, and History of American Popular Music. He is currently attending the Fred Fox School of Music at the University of Arizona, seeking the Master of Choral Conducting, and is expected to graduate in 2023.
Dane has served in many teaching and leadership positions, including Tenor Section leader in Presbyterian, Catholic, and Episcopal churches, and most recently as the Choir Director of Lord of Grace Lutheran Church in Marana, AZ. During his time in Detroit, he helped establish their local chapter of the Justice Choir while creating and instructing two separate Children's Choirs within local Montessori schools. He also worked as Music and Vocal Director on a number of productions including Mamma Mia! and Little Shop of Horrors at Grosse Pointe Theatre in Grosse Pointe, MI. Dane has accumulated over 5 years of experience teaching voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, and public speaking in 3 different private music schools in the Detroit Metro area as well as voice at the Allegro School of Music in Tucson.

Gréta Pásztor
Gréta Pásztor is a graduating with a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Arizona in Piano Performance, studying with Dr. Fanya Lin. She has previously earned Master of Music degrees in Piano Performance and Choral Conducting from Kent State University (2021), as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Keyboard Performance and Music Theory from Baldwin Wallace University (2018). Her passion for music has started at an early age and has grown since. Gréta was born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and started playing the piano at the age of 6, and the organ at the age of 16. To date, she has participated in several local and national piano competitions and has been awarded for her academic and musical achievements. Gréta and her piano duo partner, Alexandre Marr won 1st Prize in the 2021 Gloria Artis International Music Competition. In addition, she won the 2021 Concerto Competition at the Fred Fox School of Music, and received 2nd Prize in the 2022 Lois Trester Piano Competition. As a doctoral student, Gréta also explored the performance practice of conducting orchestras from the keyboard with piano concertos by Bach and Mozart. As a church musician, she has served as pianist, accompanist, organist, choir director, and music director in Seventh-day Adventist, Lutheran, and Presbyterian church congregations. Her goal is to be an active performer and pedagogue, and to be a blessing to people around her.
